How long does an order take to arrive?
Canadian orders with Free Shipping
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be delivered. You can check your tracking number for updates or email us.
Canadian orders with express shipping
Your order is a priority and will arrive within 1-3 business days
US orders with standard shipping
Please allow 8-12 business days for delivery
US orders with priority shipping

How do I start a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@honeyice.world. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by our customer support team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Cancelled orders
